We are currently seeking a supplier to provide us with Risk Management services across a Security Cleared client. On behalf of Mosaic Island, you will provide Risk Management covering varying departments to develop and implement Risk Management Strategies, Policies and Procedures.

Ideally you will have a strong background in Risk Management with the potential experience as a 'Manager of Risk Managers' to ensure that delivery and technical teams manage their own risk management and activities while maintaining oversight.

This is now a part time role of 3 days per week and travel to site when needed and the rest from home.

Deliverables and Duties to include:

  • Identify and assess potential risks to the organisation
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on risk exposure and mitigation efforts
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits
  • Provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks
  • Ensure compliance with Defence regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Prepare and present risk management reports to the SLT/CIO/Senior Management
  • Manage risk management software and tools
  • Develop and maintain risk management documentation
  • Conduct/Control root cause analysis of risk incidents
  • Implement and monitor risk mitigation plans
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies
  • Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts
  • Foster a risk-aware culture the client

Key Supplier Experience:

  • Knowledge of Risk Management Frameworks and Methodologies
  • Knowledge of Implementing Risk Management Strategies and Processes
  • Excellent ability to be able to identify and assess potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Proficient in risk management software and tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • SC Cleared (Current)
  • Previous experience in MOD or Defense environment highly desirable

We are looking for someone to start ASAP. The initial contract would be 6-12 months+. You will be expected to work in a hybrid arrangement with travel to the office in Salisbury, Wiltshire. MUST have valid/active SC Clearance (Or DV).
