Contract Description

Brillio are in the market for a Business Analyst, who will contribute to an innovative team dedicated to defining and implementing cutting-edge customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Delivering consulting services by offering both process and technical expertise to clients; actively participating in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This involves engaging with customers, defining user requirements, managing change, overseeing engagements, configuring technical infrastructure components, conducting business-focused testing, and providing training. Your role will require the development and demonstration of specialized knowledge and skills in utilizing ServiceNow as a comprehensive enterprise solution. Particular focus will be in the ITAM space and a working knowledge of ITAM products and the CMDB in ServiceNow is required.

EMPLOYEE RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, demonstrations and training sessions on ServiceNow platform features and best practices
  • Define the clients current state and desired state, gathering requirements to enable you to write robust stories for development teams to deliver the proposed solutions.
  • Build the clients understanding of ServiceNow functionality
  • Provide process and technical advice based on the clients requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical architects and developers to input into design and delivery solutions for the client.
  • Produce and own training documentation and lead train the trainer sessions.
  • Must be a team player and be willing to assist and mentor junior team members when needed

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience as part of a professional services organisation
  • Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to understand and document business processes, gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT service management and CMDB, as well as familiarity with delivery assurance principles and procedures.
  • At least 3 years experience working with ServiceNow
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and it's features, particularly ITAM and CMDB
  • Experience of ServiceNow delivery and enhancement projects
  • Understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive problem resolution
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and custom application development.
