Delivery/Integration Manager (Inside IR35)

Contract Term: 5 Months

Contracting Authority: MoD

Location: Corsham.

As a Delivery/Integration Manager, your main responsibilities will be: 

  • To support the delivery and implementation of the new Managed Print Service to all MODNET Official end users at all fixed Base sites. This will include working with the new supplier, project team and relevant personnel at each MOD site to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new service, overcoming any issues should they arise.
  • To document and escalate any issues to the project team and register any amendments in the appropriate change log.
  • To capture and document any LFE from site deployments to ensure they are considered in future site deployments and opportunities for Continual Improvement are maximised.
  • To support the deployment on “Go Live” day by physical attendance at medium, large and complex sites, working with the site PoCs and Xerox deployment teams to resolve problems.

 

Essential:

  • Excellent standard of both verbal and written communications.
  • experience in delivering briefings to large groups via videoconference.
  • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrates energy and personal drive to deliver business outputs.
  • Responsive, quick-thinking and forward thinking to anticipate any potential blockers ahead of time and seek effective resolution.
