We are currently seeking a supplier to provide us with consultancy services across Service Management and Service Design. You will be engaged on a Service  Excellence transformation project, reshaping the way the service lifecycle is both defined and delivered.

Deliverables to include:
 

  • Drive the operating model into the next level of detail across people, processes and technology (tooling)
  • Support both the definition and establishment/delivery of service management and lifecycle processes (across the full ITIL scope of service definition, transition, operations and management. Including integrations with other functions and processes such as demand, project / devops processes and other teams.
  • Service management tooling options and analysis

Key Supplier Experience:

  • You should have experience across the full ITIL service lifecycle, specifically having architected/ designed processes for service design, service transition, service operations and management / strategy.
  • Agile working, specifically integrating with service management processes
  • ITIL certification
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to communicate and present to senior stakeholders (Head of, CxO), both technical and non technical
  • You will need to be highly consultative and personable with a sense of gravitas
  • Able to lead, make recommendations and advise
