Job Specification: SuccessFactors HR System Administrator

Employment Type: Contract 7 Months with potential to extend. (Outside IR35)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SuccessFactors HR System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of our SuccessFactors HR system. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure the successful functioning of SuccessFactors, provide support to end users, and participate in ongoing projects and initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Administer, maintain, and configure SuccessFactors HR system modules, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

- Manage user access, security, and permissions within SuccessFactors, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

- Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and perform regular system audits and health checks.

- Support end users with queries, issues, and troubleshooting, providing timely and effective resolutions.

- Manage and execute system updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new SuccessFactors modules or features, including testing and deployment.

- Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process workflows.

- Participate in data migration, data cleansing, and data management activities within SuccessFactors.

- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements, and provide recommendations.

- Stay current with the latest SuccessFactors trends, releases, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.

- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

- SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules is preferred.

- Proficiency in system administration tasks such as user access management, data management, and security configuration.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end users.

- Experience with data migration and integration with other systems is a plus.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
