Job Title: SAP Basis Lead

Job type: Contract (outside IR35)

We're in search of an experienced SAP Basis Lead to spearhead our team, focused on orchestrating essential processes within the SAP Basis environment. Your primary objective will be to lead the execution of crucial changes aligned with the product backlog, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality of SAP Basis systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks within the product backlog.
  • Lead the implementation of changes prioritized in the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to deadlines.
  • Configure SAP Basis modules to cater to business needs, covering aspects such as system administration, user access, and system integration.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP Basis systems with other platforms and processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing of SAP Basis changes to ensure functionality and stability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation pertaining to SAP Basis configurations, processes, and integrations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Basis functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and optimization within SAP Basis systems.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAP Basis configuration and customization, with expertise across various modules.
  • Understanding of business processes associated with system administration and user management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of resolving issues within SAP Basis systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Preferred certifications in SAP Basis or related fields.

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £400.00-£500.00 per day

  • Monday to Friday
