You will be working with the Estates Management team and the wider business to build and enhance their reporting to help them to monitor and improve performance. This will include building and implementing Excel based reporting, identifying and setting KPIs and SLAs, understanding and improving business processes, and improving data insight. You will be using financial and operational modelling and data analysis to support strategic decision-making on a range of projects. Operational priorities include lease end analysis, statutory compliance, vacant property management, and Arch inspections. You will work directly with the Estates team, but will report to the Head of Modelling and be part of a wider modelling team at the heart of a top real estate company.
