We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Transformation Change Lead to play a pivotal role in the implementation of Workday HCM for a global organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support the successful implementation of Workday HCM.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams through the change journey, fostering a culture of collaboration and openness.
  • Ensure the Workday programme is aligned to the broader People Strategy and other change initatives
  • Define clear objectives, milestones, and success criteria for the change management process.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across various departments to ensure their buy-in and support for the HR transformation initiative.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.
  • Develop and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Training team to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, managers, and HR staff.
  • Produce high quality digital communications for different stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure that training materials are tailored to meet the specific needs of different user groups within the organization.
  • Monitor adoption effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Experience:
  • Worked in a complex federated global organization.
  • At least 2 full HR transformations, preferably with Workday underpinning the transformation.
  • Exceptional communication skills required.
