Our primary focus is on designing and implementing the best practices including Development, Testing, Service Virtualization, Automated Deployment, Middleware, Agile and infrastructure to support the productive and efficient delivery of robust technology solutions. Sandhata has expanded to offer DevOps and IT transformation services as well as system integration, more recently focusing on modernizing Legacy technologies.


  • Oversee, plan, and manage a multi-million multi-year technology transformation programme
  • Create detailed program plans for delivery and manage staffing and budgets
  • Effective leadership of teams of professionals in a Matrix environment, with experience of managing around 10 direct reports
  • Capable of influencing senior stakeholders to drive the necessary changes at a strategic level, with demonstrable experience in managing multiple third-party suppliers.
  • Take accountability for delivery and resolving operational issues as they arise
  • Define and lead the governance, working with key stakeholders and technology teams
  • Ensure key KPIs are met for transformation working closely with technology, cloud and supplier teams.
  • Identify and implement best practice to continually optimise and improve, ultimately creating award winning delivery
  • Identify cross-team dependencies to incorporate them into the program planning process.
  • Ensure complete compliance according to industry and regulatory standards by documenting all the processes and adjusting them, if necessary
