What You Will Do To develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the User community To understand the needs of the User community and help manage their expectations in respect of systems development and support To perform business/systems analysis tasks across a range of large and small projects To participate fully in the testing, education and implementation of processes to ensure that systems are delivered effectively to both the Client and the Operation Your experience will include: Extensive Business/Systems Analysis typically in a Business/Systems Analysis environment including identifying, modelling and designing business processes, liaising with users, running design workshops and prototyping Good experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to monitor resource requirements, analysing relevant management information Experience of working in a large scale multi-disciplined project Experience of working on all stages of the development life cycle Competent in presentation of information both written and verbally About Capita TfL Capita have worked with Transport for London (TfL) since2014, we manage London's Congestion Charging Zone, Low Emission Zone and Traffic Enforcement Notice Processing activities for our client. From April 2019, we will also oversee the new Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) and will be responsible for the design, implementation and operation of the systems, as well as all front and back office processes on TfL's behalf. Together, we're helping reduce traffic congestion and improve the service TfL provides its customers by allowing them to reinvest all proceeds back into their services.
