Role & Responsibilities: - Be able to plans and executes highly complex Network Upgrade and Network Migration activity. Reactive Service & Support: - Assures that the most complex customer network problems across a broad range of technologies are properly and quickly resolved. - Acts as a focal point for most complex ACI problem resolution Proactive Service & Support: - Works extensively with clients and Cisco technical resources to provide a rounded Network Support service - Assists customer with their deployment and migration strategy of the ACI project Minimum qualifications: - The candidate will possess expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment using security products from Cisco and other vendors. - Very strong technical account liaison and customer management / consulting skills are mandatory. The candidate must have a deep knowledge on ACI and Nexus technologies. Other Overlay technologies are highly desirable. - Expert level knowledge in DC networking including architecture and configuration of Cisco routers, routers and a wide range of Cisco products is desirable. - NCEs with CCIE equivalent experience . 3 Months Contract to start with.
