Our Technology Operations department is focused on providing support for our strategic platforms and services to support our automated facilities for the Ocado Smart Platform. The Ocado Smart Platform is our new modular and scalable hardware platform for building our highly automated warehouses which we will use to put some of the largest bricks and mortar retailers around the world online using our disruptive business model. We have an excellent opportunity for a subject matter expert to administor, develop, mentor and train Jira Service Desk Cloud solution. This Role Involves Work with stakeholders to influence, shape and implement strategic direction for the Atlassian suite of products and plugins. Manage, recommend and deploy appropriate solutions using Atlassian products and plugins to meet stakeholder requirements. Designing and running an Administration function fit for requests for new projects, spaces, customised Jira workflows and schemes. Design and implement a process to ensure that an accurate and up-to-date knowledge base is readily available within Jira Service Desk and easily manageable within Confluence. Resolve any technical issues experienced within the Atlassian product suite. Provide support and training for the user base. Planning and effective delivery of project/continuous improvement initiatives Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Jira Administration knowledge base Train others in the Atlassian products in use. Essential Skills & Experience For The Role Expert level demonstrable knowledge in Jira Service Desk, Confluence and Atlassian Marketplace Plug-ins. Design and delivery of effective Jira workflows and projects. Design and delivery of effective Custom fields and best practises for use. Design and delivery of effective automation rules within the product. Design and delivery of Jira integrations to other Jira and non-Jira products. Best practice customer Portal design. Knowledge on how to optimise and improve Jira/Confluence performance. Reviewing and improving security groups and roles to improve the ease of management.
